5. Promotion period

The Promotion will be conducted 1st February 2024 (referred to as the Promotion Period). All references to time in these terms and conditions are a reference to Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST). The Promotion Period ends at midnight on 13th February 2024.

6. Eligibility Entrant

Entry is only open to Australian residents who have taken part in the Craggle Survey (Eligible Entrant).

7. How to enter

During the Promotion Period the Eligible Entrants must complete the log into the Promoter’s Survey and submit their details and properly complete the questionnaire form for the Craggle Survey. They will then be entered into the draw to win.

8. Maximum Number of Entries

One entry per Eligible Entrant during the Promotion Period.

9. Winning Method

The Draw method will be by computerised random selection in the presence of the Scrutineer.

10. Draw

The Draw will by conducted by Luke Oxley on 14th February 2024 at 2 York St Sydney, NSW 2000 at 11am. If this date falls on a public holiday, the Draw will take place on the next business day.

12. Total number and value of prizes

13. Notification of winners

The Promoter will attempt to notify the wining Eligible Entrant, using the contact information Craggle holds for them on system as soon as practicable after the respective Draw.
